    What is LevantLeaks?

    LevantLeaks is an independent investigative intelligence platform tracking sanctions violations, financial networks, and maritime surveillance across the Levant and broader Middle East. We combine open-source intelligence (OSINT), data analysis, and investigative methodologies to surface patterns and behaviors that are often overlooked.

    How are investigations verified?

    Every published investigation undergoes editorial review for accuracy and credibility. We rely on publicly available data including satellite imagery, AIS transponder records, corporate registries, court filings, financial disclosures, and reputable journalism. Sources and methodology are listed at the bottom of each investigation.

    Can I submit a tip or investigation?

    Yes. Use the Submit Violation form to send us a lead. All submissions go through editorial review before publication. Submissions can be anonymous.

    Who is behind LevantLeaks?

    LevantLeaks is operated by an independent editorial team. We do not represent any government, political party, or commercial interest.

    How is risk level determined?

    Each investigation is classified as Low, Medium, or High risk based on the severity of the underlying activity, the credibility of evidence, and the potential impact on financial systems, sanctions enforcement, or regional stability.

    Are sources protected?

    Yes. We do not log identifying metadata from submissions beyond what the submitter chooses to share. We recommend using a VPN and an anonymous email if sensitivity is a concern.
